The Will Architect

In the corporate-saturated state of Haedong, insurance investigator Lee Ji-hoon discovers a series of fatal traffic accidents targeting members of the shunned “Byeolbit-gyo” faith are not hate crimes, but carefully engineered insurance fraud. Each victim had recently signed over their decision-making capacity to a mysterious consulting firm. As Ji-hoon survives increasingly sophisticated murder attempts, he realizes the perpetrator is a former star investigator who has weaponized psychological conditioning to strip people of their free will, turning them into living policies. To stop him, Ji-hoon must confront a system where surrendering one's autonomy has been normalized as the ultimate relief.
