Ashes Over Salt

Following a brutal assault on a backpacker in the lawless tourist haven of Veles Isle, British investigator Isla Grant discovers a grim link to a ghost fishing vessel. Abandoning her badge, she infiltrates the floating prison "Serpent's Fang" as a captive slave. Stranded in international waters with no legal protection, she must orchestrate a mutiny against the sadistic Captain Morozov, igniting a late-burning flame of revenge before the spirit of the oppressed dissolves into the abyss.
