The Silence of Profiles

In the coastal republic of Santerra, a melancholy detective haunted by a digital frontier he can no longer understand pursues a meticulous serial killer who uses dating apps as his hunting ground. When the hunter becomes the hunted in a world where intimacy is just a swipe away, both men discover that the curated identities we project to strangers are often more truthful than the faces we show to those we love. A noir thriller in the tradition of Manuel Vázquez Montalbán, blending gastronomic longing, political disillusionment, and the burning ruins of private life in the age of social media.
